Sometimes I notice that I feel drained even after a quiet day. For me, it can happen when I spend too much time overthinking, worrying about things I can't change, or trying to handle everything on my own.
Living alone has also taught me that too much time in my head can be exhausting. There are days when I simply need to step away, take a few deep breaths, go for a walk, listen to some music, and give myself permission to slow down.
I've learned that protecting my energy isn't about avoiding problems. It's about knowing when I need to pause and recharge.
