Thanks my panic attack disappeared
I strive to be healthy and fit to combat panic attack. I play pickleball everyday, meet and mingle with people. I don't forget to pray before going to bed and every morning. I observed that the panic attack no longer exist. No medications whatsoever 🙂

What Zaps Your Energy?
Sometimes I notice that I feel drained even after a quiet day. For me, it can happen when I spend too much time overthinking, worrying about things I can't change, or trying to handle everything on my own. Living alone has also taught me that too much time in my head can be exhausting. There are days when I simply need to step away, take a few deep breaths, go for a walk, listen to some music, and give myself permission to slow down. I've learned that protecting my energy isn't about avoiding problems. It's about knowing when I need to pause and recharge. What is something that quietly zaps your energy?

@Margarette Dixon true in the real sense of the word.
Calling all members: Are you regulated or just frozen? 👀👇
We see you floating around in the back of the room! Let’s practice some instant embodiment. Rate your current internal energy levels from 1 (An absolute potato in freeze mode) to 10 (Fully activated, ready to rebuild humanity). If your nervous system is too tired to type a whole sentence, literally just drop a single emoji or a "." in the comments to prove you're alive. Let's see who's awake! 🫁✨

A Little Reminder for Everyone
Let’s always remember that everyone should feel welcome, valued, and at home in this community. We may have different experiences and goals, but we are all here to learn, grow, and encourage one another. Start each day with positive affirmations. Remind yourself: ✨ I am capable of reaching my goals. ✨ I believe in myself and my journey. ✨ I choose positivity today. ✨ I am making progress, one step at a time. ✨ I deserve good things in life. Sometimes, a few encouraging words can change the direction of our entire day. Keep believing, keep moving forward, and let’s continue lifting each other up.

My mornings are full of energy after saying the affirmations. Thanks, Louise, for this little, but big reminder.
The Power of Gratitude
Gratitude has a simple way of changing our perspective. When we take time to appreciate what we already have, we stop focusing so much on what is missing. Even on difficult days, finding something small to be thankful for can bring a little positivity into our hearts. A kind person, a peaceful moment, good health, or simply another day to try again can be enough. Gratitude may not change our situation, but it can change how we see it. And sometimes, that change in perspective is where positivity begins.

@Emily Harper So true. Gratitude doesn’t fix everything, but it can help us look at things with a better mindset and keep moving forward.

@Margarette Dixon Absolutely. There is always something to be thankful for, and recognizing God’s blessings helps keep our hearts grounded.
