Do you have Resolutions? Or a Word of the Year?

This week in my LinkedIn article I talked about how I don't set new year's resolutions, but instead have a Word of the Year.

My word this year was going to be 'Simple', but then I read the book: Essentialism, and found a better one (well, it's a phrase really): Less, but better.
