I’m reading this means good soil?

When I searched this, they say it is dog vomit fungus? And, it means I have good soil? It sure looks horrible and it’s appeared in two of my beds this spring. Was in my tomato bed also.

My beds consist of a layer of cardboard, twigs and leaves from a pile of downed trees and branches in my yard, last years soil from five gallon buckets, then I topped with Miracle grow Organic Raised Bed soil. When I planted, I added homemade compost and composted manure and a sprinkle of fertilizer and or bone meal. I guess if this fungus means healthy soil, My hours and hours and hours of researching and watching homesteading and garden videos are paying off. lol
