I have to share this with everyone! One of our own, @Ian Mayes, just used the Attack & React book for a school essay, and what he wrote absolutely blew me away. This wasn’t a summary. This was real understanding, real application, and real growth. He connected the book to: • Losing a championship and using it as fuel • Improving his technique, strength, and speed • Playing faster by understanding quick sets • Building mental toughness and confidence • Creating routines and trusting his preparation This is exactly what this community is about, learning the game, applying it, and growing on and off the field. Ian, I’m proud of you. This is leadership. This is buy-in. 👉 Shoutout to day 1 member @Eli Chivington Man, I loved watching Eli’s film. This season was a turning point, you can literally see the growth rep by rep. Once he stopped playing safe and started attacking and reacting, everything changed. Everyone in here should go watch his tape and study his stance. Loaded front leg, coiled like a spring, flat back, exploding out, that’s exactly how you create speed and disruption. Proud of the work, proud of the mindset, and excited for what’s coming next. Keep going Eli, this is just the beginning.

Huge shoutout to Day 1 client @Colton Shaw! This kid took a massive chance on himself.. moved from Canada all the way to Florida to play high school ball and get on the map. And I’d say he’s doing more than “good”… FIRST TEAM DEFENSE — ALL COUNTY. Already holding multiple D1 offers. And he’s just getting started. This is what happens when you bet on yourself and train consistently for a full year inside the Academy. The work shows. The results show. The opportunities show. Proud of you big fella.
