So i learned that the team i want to walk onto likes dropping their 5 techs into coverage a lot, and the thing is i don’t understanding anything about coverage and also i want to chase excellence at coverage as well, how do i prepare myself for also playing against wrs?? thanks

i remember never being able to feel pressure coming at me in double teams and also being bad at shedding when the o lineman anchors down, any way to fix that??

You grab the apex or apec and it should be there cause when you get to that point it’s the perfect timing to shed down and also you can control the o lineman from there

was just watching the aaron donald section and i thought if taking small steps was an important thing to do cause everything is so thight you can’t afford to take normal steps like a 5 tech

What would yall recommend for my freshman son he plays DE to learn how to read and dissect an offense? Are there any books or anything yall would recommend? He’s definitely advanced and knows they game but wants to become a Luke Kuechly on defense where he knows what play is coming.
