Love that you’re asking for real critique. Here are the big takeaways after watching your senior film: 1. Stance & Get-Off (BIGGEST FIX) - Two-point stance needs way more load on the front leg. - When you hear the cadence, put as much weight as possible into the front toe and knee so you can explode out. - You’re standing a bit too tall and comfortable, and it’s costing you your first step. 👉 Fixing this alone will completely change your get-off this offseason. 2. Effort & Hustle - Your backside pursuit really stands out on film. - You chase plays even when you’re away from the ball, coaches absolutely notice and love that. 3. Pass Rush Mechanics - I like how you use speed to get to the OL’s set point and use the rip to lean. - Next step, make a clear move first, then transition to the rip. - Try to keep your shoulders square longer instead of turning early, it’ll give you more control and balance. 4. Mindset Off the Ball - At times you’re reading first instead of attacking. - Rule of thumb, attack first, then react. Let your get-off create the reaction, not the other way around. Overall, good film, good motor. Clean up the stance, get off and commit to attacking early, and you’ll see a big jump fast.

I coach defensive linemen to the point where schools and teams can’t ignore them.
