I’m considering rolling out a very lean 30-day VALOR Foundations reset inside VGFAF.
No one-on-one. No hype. Just results Just:
- Simple training plan (3–4 days/week)
- Clear daily non-negotiables
- A self-guided structure you actually follow
- 2 group calls/month focused on execution, not feelings
This would be for veterans who:
- Know what to do… but aren’t doing it consistently
- Want structure without being babysat
- Are ready to prove they can execute before earning higher-touch coaching
Before I build it, I want to see if there’s real interest.
