Your Perfect Day
I've done this exercise numerous times...Describe your perfect day and see how it helps define how you do everything from business to family and health. This is how my day shakes out. I get up around 6ish. I shake off the cobwebs, looking out over the Mediterranean sea while I sip some cold lemon water. I stretch and move and breathe, then go have a strong espresso. I hit the cold tank then I write. I see the kids off after a few hugs and some dad words of wisdom and then I hit the gym, sauna, another espresso and come home to some huevos rancheros. Hit the sheets with @Stephanie Bertossi, then take a nap. On the phones and making deals by noon. Have a podcast chat in the afternoon, then grab some tapas and take a siesta. Back to work before supper, building my empire, and then dining with friends and family outside for a feast and some wine. Finish the day off with a bit of weed and some guitar playing and watching the Habs beat the pants off the Maple Leafs (again). Crawl into bed with a good book and off to sleep. You might say, "This is crazy detailed." And you would be correct. But that's the point. I can smell the air, feel the heat and taste the food. What you feel manifests itself because our brains can't tell the difference between imagining the experience and if it already happened. The more you do it, the closer your thoughts align with your reality. This has everything to do with your health because if you sit and truly feel yourself in your perfect day, your body and mind will start to align with it. If you believe and can feel how you'll move through life 30lbs lighter and happy with yourself, you'll have way more success getting there. Anyone that's been on a call with me should recognize the question I always ask, "how would you feel in 90 days if you looked in the mirror and were 30lbs lighter?" A lot say, "I dunno?" because they haven't truly pictured themselves in a new state of being. This is the point of this exercise. Imagine yourself and your perfect day and share 2 things from it in the comments.

I have been thinking about this off and on since you posted. My day would start around 5-6 am with a 1 hr run at talking pace. As I run, there would not be much traffic, would be running someplace with nice scenery, listening to the birds, thinking, praying, just enjoying the fresh air. I don't know where exactly but some place warm and close to a big lake or the ocean. Then breakfast and coffee at a leisurely pace. For like a 1/3 of the day I would like to give support to vets and/or plan an event. And part of that might be learning new research or reading military history. I would like to work some of the time outdoors, part inside. Late afternoon would like to enjoy the sun and have a swim. Lake or ocean. Not sure which. In early evening maybe do some precision shooting..then relax and read. Sorry, I am hardcore.
Helping 1 member on Monday
Next Monday, during our Monday Moment of Health, I’ll be building 1 member’s entire workout and nutrition plan for the month. Tell me what you’re goal is in the comments and I’ll pick one ☝️ Show up at noon EST. Summer is fast approaching. It’s time to get beach body ready 😄

I just want to keep going and never slow down!!!
Should be a "rant" category 🤣
So I went running...and it's so beautiful out I wanted to stay out rototill the garden, pull weeds, dig ground and put retaining wall blocks in...dumb back! Ugh! I despise getting older. @Dave Morrow what do I do with my back??? Feels like someone jumped on the top of my spine. I used to feel that way after intense track workouts when way younger and was chasing the 20 min 5 km. I just want to keep going...
Hey everyone 👋
Really glad to be part of this community. I’ve been going through some of the posts and discussions here, and it’s refreshing to see people actually sharing ideas, experiences, and supporting each other properly. That kind of environment is rare. For me, being around people who are focused on growth, building something for themselves, and thinking differently is a big reason why I joined. I’m looking forward to learning from you all and contributing where I can too. At the moment, I’ve been working on building an additional income stream alongside what I’m already doing, mainly to create more flexibility and long-term stability. It’s been a learning process, but definitely opened my perspective a lot. I’m not here to push anything on anyone, just to connect and exchange ideas with people on a similar path. Would be good to hear, what’s everyone here currently focused on or trying to build?

Moving into a regular workout schedule. Dave is an amazing source of info and encouragement.
TRT
Well, looks like I'm starting my TRT journey. Did a bunch of research after struggling with fatigue and lost of leg strength and muscle mass (I'm an EMR and fire/rescue with Ontario Mine Rescue). After months of my doctor not listening and her drawing erroneous conclusions, Dave steered me toward Stronghold Wellness who hooked me up with an online men's health clinic. Blood work showed T levels that needed a boost. Should be receiving my doses in a few days - went for injection. Anyone else on the T journey?
