What I’m feeling / thinking:
I’ve been in my emotions more than usual. A lot of family have passed over the last six months, and that weight is real. Still, I continue to move forward. Grief doesn’t stop the work, but it does sharpen perspective.
What I’m focused on:
Cleaning up and tightening any loose pieces in my programs. Precision matters. Strong systems reduce noise and create clarity for both athletes and coach.
Obstacle and plan:
Energy remains the main challenge. The plan is discipline with sustenance — eating properly, fuelling consistently, and giving the body what it needs to keep going.
