Grateful for the athletes and the parents who have entrusted me with their programming and development. That trust carries responsibility, and I don’t take it lightly.
What I’m focused on:
Building and refining the new year’s programming and overall planning. Setting clear structure now to create momentum moving forward.
Obstacle and plan:
The obstacle is the risk of wasting free time during the two-week break. The plan is to stay disciplined, prepare the weeks ahead today, and use the time with purpose rather than comfort.
