Feeling good and aligned with what needs to be done to support continued success in both business and family. Clarity of direction brings calm execution.
What I’m focused on:
Raising the quality of programming for my Junior MMA and Strength & Conditioning plans for pre-season in Rugby League and Rugby Union. Preparation now sets the standard for performance later.
Obstacle and plan:
The obstacle is finding consistent, quality training time for myself this week. The plan is to return to a structured training schedule and treat my own preparation with the same priority I give my athletes.
