Muay Thai Fighter’s WOD
I have been training this fighter since May based of Phil’s methods of training and templates. he has a fight coming up in less than 2 weeks to defend his belt💪🏼
This fight camp was a little different as he began to have shoulder pain. He gave it rest/recovery. I have been promoting shoulder mobility exercises and nothing over the head or strenuous. Today I am happy that he reported today no shoulder aches or pains during skills training, sparring, or in conditioning. Only ache is he puts something heavy on it outside of training
He has been recovering well. During fight week we will focus on mobility of the joints as his workout
