Today was day 2 of making myself breakfast as soon as I wake up. It’s a simple habit I got out of, grabbing something quick instead
Making breakfast this morning, I wasn’t hungry and didn’t have motivation to eat it (I had motivation to make it and plate it. it was the eating it part that I didn’t have the drive to do). Don’t get me wrong I loooove food I never have an issue of not eating enough. I make food and my macros a priority, however today was different. But with discipline and habits you do things you don’t want to, I know having a protein at the start of my day is optimal. Especially if it’s cooked at home. So you still have to get it done 🔥
