Hi,
I've been a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and health coach for almost a decade now. Me and my wife run a business together. I coach mostly older adults and specialize in behavior change and getting your everyday person who has struggled with their identity around health and Fitness to a healthier place. I've been doing Jiu jitsu for 8 years and filipino martial arts for 4. I want to learn more about the sports performance side of things both for myself and for my clients. Adding some sports performance to my roster would reinvigorate my coaching and help me fight off burnout as a coach. Also I want to be a force of nature on those mats lol.
