What I’m feeling / thinking:
Thinking about my family and my athletes, and how I can show up at my highest level for both. The responsibility is heavy, but it’s a weight I’m grateful to carry.
What I’m focused on:
Dialling in my own training this week and staying disciplined. Making sure I connect with MMA promotions for my fighters so their paths forward are clear and aligned with their goals.
Obstacle and plan:
The obstacle is the feeling of being overwhelmed by the workload ahead. The plan is to stay steady, take each step with intent, and work through the tasks one by one. Pressure becomes manageable when you move with purpose.
