End of the year Affirmation
- I am strong minded and disciplined
- I will end the year consuming sweets and unhealthy holiday foods ONLY in moderation
- I reject giving into temptations like from eating all of the holiday goodies in one sitting
- In the past during the month of December my grandmother sister and I used to have a baking day where we would bake an unimaginable amount of holiday goodies. We gave boxes and plates out to all of our neighbors, friends and family as well as kept a large amount to keep for when people came to visit. This year I will be staying in Florida, my mother has mailed me Kansas City BBQ and 2 boxes work of petitfors and toffee for Christmas🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 I have placed them in an out of site out of mind place as I will not eat them all in one sitting 🙏🏼
