This week I have started implementing my morning workout as a skills session as a part of my morning routine. As well as my second workout of the day in the evening as another skills session and/or strength and conditioning
I am blessed to be able to learn Jui Jitsu brand new with friends. This experience has caused me to move my body in new ways, to appreciate the need for mobility and strength training with the sport itself, as well as appreciate the impact Jui Jitsu has on bettering Muay Thai practice
