Progress on Priorities from Past Week:
✅ Successfully mastered week 01 of my new S&C program
🌔 Did feet routine on most days (5 out of 7)
🌔 Did eat sweets on several days, but managed to end three days with calories deficit
❌ Failed to do the daily mindfulness session
❌ Failed to read the book I've chosen for January 2026
❌ Failed to complete chapter 3 of the NSCA guide.
Three Things Going Well:
✔️ Did posts in the Daru Skool community
✔️ Did design the new S&C program tailored to my current needs
✔️ Did the morning and evening routine on most days.
Three Things to Improve:
➡️ Persist with the feet routine (15 minutes) every morning as a non-negotiable
➡️ Schedule a time block for daily mindfulness session as an important "external" meeting
➡️ Complete Chapter 3 of the NSCA guide by making detailed notes AFTER reading, and test my knowledge with the help of NotebookLM.

🎯 Read 80 pages of "Bringing Out the Best in Your Wife" by H. Norman Wright
🎯 Complete Week 04 of the NIF course.
Lessons Learned:
🙏 The answer to the question "Who am I?" is crucial and foundational. This answer defines my goals, my actions, my decisions, and the people I choose to surround myself with.
🙏 I carry within my psyche many beliefs, approaches, attitudes, and views that came from other people. Many of these were internalized unwillingly and unconsciously - mostly during childhood. Today, many of these beliefs act like a poison, leading me to hate or disapprove of myself, to doubt myself, and to degrade. Psychotherapy is what helps remove that poison from the psyche.
