  • schedule a time block for the daily mindfulness session as if it were an important "external" meeting
  • set aside an honest 45-minutes bout for doom-scrolling on IG and FB in the evening
  • stick to tracking calories.
🚀 Actionable Insight:
  • playing chess online and doom-scrolling cost much time, could be replaced with NSDR protocols.

  • master 4 weeks of the new S&C program
