✅ Successfully finished reading "Mindset"

🌔 Did track calories on some days
❌ Failed to limit sweets
❌ Failed to study the NSCA guide.
Three Things Going Well:
✔️ Did posts in the Daru Skool community
✔️ Did the morning & evening routines
✔️ Did adjust the Hybrid S&C program to my needs.
Three Things to Improve:
➡️ Do the feet routine (15 minutes) every morning
➡️ Eat sweets on one day only (New Year's Eve)
➡️ Do mindfulness session daily.
Priorities for the Next Week:
🎯 Complete week 5 of the adjusted Hybrid S&C program
🎯 Read 150 pages of "Tiny Habits" by BJ Fogg
🎯 Complete chapter 3 of the NSCA guide.
Lessons Learned:
🙏 It is of utmost importance to have a solid, well-thought-out plan. Living without a plan is like building a house without a blueprint: all you get in the end is an ugly pile of meaningless bricks.
