9 Lessons I've Learned as a Player Development Coach
Every player learns differently
The "Drills" you use aren't as important as the "why" behind each drill
Finding Solutions to Problems (as quick as possible) makes you a great coach
Having Defenders/rebounders make the workout 10x better
Coming in with a plan gives you confidence to command the workout
Focus on 1 thing at a time
Shooting is the most important skill in basketball
Live Defense > Cone drills
Nothing beats simply playing basketball
