Customer Survey - the 3 top questions to ask
Ask these three things and you’ll learn what pulls people in, what keeps them, and what words they use when they search.
Keep it short. Send by email or a free Google Form. Don’t make it fancy.
Intro to send with the questions (1–2 lines)
Hi! We’re doing a super quick survey to help improve classes and make things better for families. It only takes 1 minute. Thank you!
The three questions (exact wording to copy):
  1. Why did you choose [Your Dance School name]? ...this tells you what attracts new families.
  2. Why have you stayed at [Your Dance School name]? ...this shows what keeps them coming back.
  3. If you didn’t know us, what would you type into Google to find classes like ours?— ...these are the actual search words parents use.
How to send it
  • Email: paste the intro + the three questions and ask people to reply.
  • Google Form: make three “short answer” questions. No sign-in needed.
  • Keep it anonymous if you like. Offer a tiny thank-you (eg. entry in a small prize draw) to lift response rates.
