I'm launching my REFLECT program and we start this week. 😍 It's an enlightened alternative to traditional goal-setting and planning with playful exercises, space for reflection and exploration.
The most popular topic seems to be focus.

The intention of this program is not to share processes and studies, but to get people thinking about what works and what doesn't, for us as humans generally and individuals specifically.
