Cycle Breakers (Open Group) is happening in 22 hours
Behavioral Requests > Criticism/Confrontation
At a friend gathering, a dear friend started sharing thoughts on immigration that was hard for me to hear, as the only non white member. So I requested she speak about her direct experience rather than her opinion on what other people are/aren’t allowed to do. I also requested she share the group time with others since we only gather every few months. It was heated for a few moments, but better for everyone after that. [zoom out] As Cycle Breakers, the burden of making spaces feel more safe may land on you a bit more, because you have the skillset and awareness. We “need” more Cycle Breakers to shift the collective from conditioning to consciousness. “Need” not in a “salvation” way, but as in “need” as it will make the transition so much smoother. See folx on Tue at 9:45am for our weekly open group. *FYI: Andrea, a skilled Boundary Coach trainee, will host Tue group on 3/10 while I’m at a Family constellation conference next week. - BIPOc group on Thur, 3/12 will move to Fri, 3/13 at 7pm EST instead. @Tashiana Dew @Mai Le @Joan A @Natasha Merchant @Andrea Atkinson @Nikki Thorpe

Choosing authenticity over safety feels dangerous
Worked with a client today who feels immense guilt when making choices that make them happy but might upset someone. I shared how to regulate the body when your body believes that choosing authenticity is dangerous.

Focus Your Energy Carefully
With the inundation of information and corruption, Cycle Breakers have an opportunity to decide where to focus: address the greed, or choose to embody integrity. Not to say we "forgive the impact", but more about harnessing our limited energy in the direction with the most opportunity for change. See the BIPOC group tonight! No groups the week of 2/16 due to my kids' vacation week.

Dismantle the system from the inside out
Anxiety, perfectionism, and depression are symptoms of a larger issue - unprocessed collective trauma that now looks like personality or culture. Weekly Cycle Breaker groups work to process the impact of collective trauma that prevents you from living your full life now. Please feel free to share this clip with people you think would appreciate this framework. Feel free to share your personalized invitation to the Skool community, too, so we can create this community alongside one another.

Are you cosplaying your life?
I’m digesting the breadcrumbs from recent CB group, with a workshop, and sessions into a nutrient dense offering for y’all to consider. Let me know how it lands. See the Bipoc group tonight!
