**Probate Awareness tip of the day

When reading through probates, make sure to read through the powers/authorization that have been given to the named Independent Executor or Executrix (female appointee) in the Will. Make sure that the Will states the named Independent Executor has the power to sell any and all real estate associated with the decedent's estate.
