I am working on baking this recipe consistently , taking baby steps to reach my destination of opening The Little Loaf. I adjusted my cook time on my pico plus bread ovens and this made a huge difference in the crust and the crumb as the last ones had a small amount of gumminess. These have a better crust, crustiness and overall appearance were better with the new time & temperatures. I want to thank
