I'm Henry Hunter, founder of Baking Great Bread at Home, a community of over 40,000 home bakers on Facebook.
I came to bread through an unexpected path. A medical challenge affected my hands, and baking became my rehabilitation. What started as therapy became a passion, and that passion became a mission: helping others discover they can bake great bread at home.
Before bread, I spent 26 years in marketing and advertising at CBS and Fox. I know how to teach, communicate, and build communities that actually help people.
Crust & Crumb Academy is where serious bakers go deeper. Structured courses, monthly challenges, a growing resource library, and direct access to me.
