2.7 billion people use YouTube every month. But only around 4.4% of them actually create and upload videos. And of those who do start, 70% go quiet within the first six months.
That means the vast majority of your "competition" has already walked away.
You don't need to be the best creator in your niche. You just need to outlast the ones who quit.
If you're still here, still posting, still improving, you're already in a small minority. The platform isn't oversaturated. It's underlived.
