Too Gross? 😬Your vote helps

My videos about knee replacement exercises are not doing very well. I've tried several thumbnails, but the YouTube Studio chat bot tells me some are too graphic. I didn't think anything of it, since I see this sort of thing everyday. Which would you click if you were recovering from knee replacement surgery? I have 3 videos out on this, and I want them to harmonize. The current title is: Knee Replacement: 12 Essential Exercises for Weeks 4-8. Thanks in advance.
