Need advice for website

Hi everyone. I'm creating my website which will be in my homestead niche where I will post blog articles and eventually hopefully have courses listed. My question is- I also want to focus on things for the home like kitchen gadgets & home products that I will link to Amazon. Do you all think that I should just have it listed on my one website, or should I do a subdomain? I currently selected a temporary domain name on the host website since I wasn't sure what would be best. Thanks!
