Goal#1 Reached: 100 subscribers
I switched my niche at the beginning of September. My channel was starting to gain some momentum, but hit a road block at the end of October. There was one day in November where I had 1 view in total for my entire channel, which was extremely deflating after experiencing some progress.
I ended up taking three weeks off, and debated whether I should continue my YouTube journey. I posted a video mid to late November. Then I posted four more. I've gained 25% of my total subscribers in the last two weeks.
This milestone isn't as significant as the majority of wins in this group. My videos are pretty amateur, my thumbnails are all over the place, and I have LOTS to improve on, but it's pretty cool to have a following of 100 viewers. I'm happy! :)
I appreciate all of the knowledge that has been shared in this group!
