Focus on What Matters: a mini Ted Talk
Just a nudge to remind you (and myself) to focus on what matters. Things like:
Understanding your why: why are you doing YouTube
Understanding the YouTube platform
Figuring out who your ideal subscribers are
Learning how to tell a compelling story
Learning how to film and edit
Remembering to have fun with this creative process
Providing value with your work
I see a lot of folks worrying about Skool and the leaderboard and as much as I care about building community and having this amazing resource- this platform isn’t really what matters. Consider spending 10% of your time here and the rest focusing on what matters.
Don’t get distracted by the dopamine hit that this and every media platform provides to your brain and body. That isn’t a real result.
