I'm currently writing for a DTC supplement brand.
It's a new brand and they're spending anywhere between $60-70k/month on ads.
The ads I'm writing are doing their job which is to get high intent traffic with a decent CTR.
But the PDP is struggling to converting them into buyers due to which we are burning money + scripts.
In talks with the founder and copy chief to fix it.
So in meantime I wanted to come down and share this learning with all the creative strategist’s in the community:
Think in funnels.
Ad > Listicles/Advertorials > PDP > Checkout > Email > Upsell.
When a creative strategist doesn't think in funnels, they create beautiful ads that get high click-through rates but terrible conversion rates.
