Steal This Framework To Get Customers For A New Offer
Business is easy when you master the fundamentals
Let’s look at the basics:
> ICP
You need to know who you are selling to before anything else.
Knowing your ICP allows you to:
- Speak To The Market (research)
- Understand their pains
- Identify problems
- Create an offer they can't refuse
Think about industries that will grow for the next decade
Make a note of all the things people complain about in the niche
From there, it’s simply a case of formulating an offer.
- Define A Core Solution
- Highlight The Core Objectives
- Specify The Outcome
Next, you’ll need to invite people to the offer.
We do this in the following order:
Build a landing page. This should include:
> Outcome-Focused Title
> VSL
> Section to either a waiting list, booking form or lead magnet
(Note for a lead manet, you will need to design a simple funnel)
Next, we need to bring people to the page.
For most offers, this can be done through outreach and content
Both need not to sell the solution but start more conversations with your ICP
Content:
> One Platform
> Optimise Your Profile
> Create Thought Leadership Content
> Solution-led posts
> Focus Solely on the ICP
Run a webinar once per month that provides a solution to the problem
DMs:
Once someone has engaged with your content, send them a personalised message. Offer value and start a genuine dialogue.
BONUS: Start answering questions relating to your problem/solution on platforms like Reddit. Don't sell. Walk people through the process to fix the problem.
Outreach:
> 1-2 word subject line
> Short message less than 100 words
> To The Point
> One topic (around offer, case study, lead magnet)
TIP: If you sell something worth more than $3K per month or $20K one-off cost, hire a team of appointment setters on commission. Plenty who are good at this stuff and happy to sell your services for a % of the profit.
First client, provide them with a level of service above and beyond.
Curate an exceptional case study and upload it to the landing page
Ask for referrals and offer a % of the referrals to the client
Continue with outreach & content, but now with results and processes
Use a small % of the profit to test ads to the landing page once you have 3 case studies collected
Scale ads once you are in a position where your CAC costs are < 5% of the LTV of your customer
That’s it!
People overcomplicate business.
The processes are straightforward. The most important factor that will make or break your success... Consistency!
I’m not saying it's easy. It takes a lot of work, time and effort.
Stick to revenue-generating tasks and adjust when necessary.
