Funnel process / Tech Stuff / System platforms

Hey guys!

I'm starting my online journey and honestly a bit clueless on what might be seen as basic stuff, but.. haven't we all been at some point : )

I would really appreciate your help, and this community seems to be very supportive.

Since what I want to do is an agency, setting up systems and automation for other clients; I am now working with some friends and family as beta clients, and I need to put the systems in place.

I'm buying the Kontent DB Pro to do so, however, I do have some questions about the implementation time.

--> My question is:

Which are the basic platforms/apps needed?
Is any of them paid to work with all the automation in place?

I'm asking this since I'm offering a full package to the clients, and I want to account all platform costs for pricing.
