So I built a system to remove the friction entirely. Here is the exact architecture: 1. Input: I record a raw 2-minute voice memo on my phone while walking or thinking out loud. 2. Structuring: An AI agent digests the audio and scripts it specifically for visual retention. 3. Audio: Generates the voiceover using my own cloned voice. 4. Motion Engine: It programmatically builds the kinetic typography, UI cards, and vector animations to match the pacing. 5. Human-in-the-Loop: Once rendered, it pings my Telegram with the finished MP4. One tap to approve, and it dispatches straight to Instagram. My entire input is just thinking out loud into my phone.
