Funnel process / Tech Stuff / System platforms
Hey guys! I'm starting my online journey and honestly a bit clueless on what might be seen as basic stuff, but.. haven't we all been at some point : ) I would really appreciate your help, and this community seems to be very supportive. Since what I want to do is an agency, setting up systems and automation for other clients; I am now working with some friends and family as beta clients, and I need to put the systems in place. I'm buying the Kontent DB Pro to do so, however, I do have some questions about the implementation time. --> My question is: - Which are the basic platforms/apps needed? - Is any of them paid to work with all the automation in place? I'm asking this since I'm offering a full package to the clients, and I want to account all platform costs for pricing. Thanks in advance! Enrique. PS: Maybe @Stephen G. Pope can shed a light on this or could direct me with someone that can? 🙏

@Daniel Espinoza cool I will give it a look
💰 Keeping Things Simple Makes You More Money
Automations and complex funnels can be cool but they can also be a huge time suck and provide ZERO value (a.k.a 💰) to your business. They can also keep you from building something of value or even launching anything at all. The best automations and funnels come from doing all the steps manually, and only automating them once they are proven and profitable. Everyone wants to skip the steps that actually provide you all the customer insights and knowledge you need to build that fancy funnel. A good example: I launched KEDB on a Notion page, with a Loom video and a payment link to Stripe. There was no automation at all. Part of me hated that (the engineer in me), but I probably generated well over $75K just on that notion page. Instead of giving into the urge to do everything in some funnel software, and automating things that weren't yet proven—I spent most of my time getting that Notion page in front of people, 1 person at a time. Answering their questions, helping them make the choice to buy it. The hardest part was staying focused on getting people to see it and NOT automating anything or trying to build out a typical funnel that everyone shows you. Hope that helps.

Hi @Stephen G. Pope would love your thoughts on this. As someone who is starting to do it for other people (clients/creators), what would you recommend to start? I am planning on buying the Kontent Engine, but that is exactly the point, I don't want to overcomplicate myself, quite the contrary. But since I don't know how to do it manually either, I'm kinda stuck on a circle that I'm trying to break. So, what do I automate or start doing manually? Is the "simple" funnel provided the correct tool for doing so (I mean, I honestly think it is). Bear in mind I don't have any coding experience (nor looking for it) or any automation/marketing background (I'm coming to learn from another industry experience). Thanks in advance! Enrique.
How applicable is the system for medical doctors?
Hi! I'm looking to implement the system to help my wife (who's an aesthetic medical doctor) produce content at scale; however, a lot of the content she needs to produce has to do with real testimonials and real case studies that can happen at the clinic. What parts of the system would/wouldn't be applicable? What if I wanted to help more medical doctors?

@Pablo M. Hi Pablo! What system are you using? Has been helpful so far? Asking because I'm helping a beta client who also is an Estetic Doctor (Hair implant and beauty procedures) and would love to have an insight from a similar user. Let's connect on DMs and share some ideas
How do you get around the feeling that
what you're making content about has already been said and that that information can be found ANYWHERE else on the internet. Often times I feel disengenuous because Im not giving any groundbreaking information. Im really just sharing what Ive learned from others and how I've used it. Maybe this is a strange thing to be asking but it really does hold me back from making and posting content. In short, how do you get around the feeling that the content ideas you have and what you have to say aren't valuable? Have a great weekend everyone!

Happens every day for me also. How will my offer be different from the whole lot that is already doing it? And is the same as the different creators have different audiences, I think to myself that my offer has only to be helpful for SOMEONE, someone will relate to me, will like to do it with me, and so on. Keep pushing! Enrique.
What are you currently learning...?
QOTD: What is something you have learned by watching YouTube videos or even through an online learning course? Mine: In my early days of starting an agency, I spent a ton of time watching Adam at WPCrafter. He teaches WordPress and one of the best I've found. Saved me so many hours of struggling to get my head around building websites. I'm over 500 plus at this point.

Hey Audra! As a complete beginner, I'm learning a lot from Stephen. Also from another creator named Ted Carr on Youtube and his course here in Skool (https://www.skool.com/contentpreneurship). Both to learn funnel processes and communities. I must say they have been super helpful so far. The communities also are a great resource that honestly I'm tapping a lot lately. Best, Enrique.
