Zapier question (unlocking courses)

I'm about to start selling access to my frontend product via Skool next week, but unsure about the best way to go about unlocking courses that're sold as upsells. Here's the kind of flow I was thinking to use with Zapier, but I don't think it'll work for the upsells, for reason I'll mention in a moment...

Frontend offer -> Zapier invite to Skool community (this part is easy, since all buyers get this)

Upsell 1 -> Zapier grant access to private Skool course (upsell 1 course)

Upsell 2 -> Zapier grant access to private Skool course (upsell 2 course)

BUT... Here's the issue... The upsells are immediate upsell offers, meaning they might buy the upsells within minutes of the frontend offer - they wont have created their Skool profile yet since they wont have left my funnel yet. So if the Zap to give them access to the private courses is triggered before they accept the Skool invite, wont it fail - because they've not accepted the invite to join the community or even create their Skool account yet?

As we'll be running this offer at scale with ads, it's essential we have a way to do this automatically...

Is there ANY way to do this automatically right now? (if not, may have to use something else for the course, which is annoying).
