We boosted our Skool Community engagement by 22% in 30 days
Last month the engagement in our FREE community was dropping off a cliff ...
despite sending welcome messages, tagging new members, giving away prizes and releasing new mini courses at the start of the month.
Initially our plan was to load up all of our best free resources and trainings into the classroom tab but it was getting disorganized and although members said there was so much value...
they really weren't engaging with it.
So I decided to simplify.
I unpublished all of the content and turned it into a 14 day challenge.
  • Releasing 1 new challenge each day.
  • inviting members to post their work underneath the video...
... which then shows up in the community and people are connecting and commenting on each others posts in an entirely new way.
Our new "challenge" welcome post got more engagement in 1 week than our previous welcome post did after 6 months.
Making the transition from facebook groups as a funnel to a community funnel using skool has been a challenge but it's starting to pay off and the community is loving it.
Anyways thought I'd share a win and something that has been working in our community that might help you in yours :)
