Removing Gems π
As much as I love the idea of giving gems, I also love the idea of being able to remove/take back gems - here's why:
Giving gems attracts more attention to individual posts, which is great, but I'm always hesitant to give out gems because...
1. It's permanent!
2. What if I give a gem to some deserving post, but then the person edits that post and it's no longer gem worthy?
3. What if I give a gem to the wrong post by mistake, or instantly change my mind after?
4. What if I want to give a gem to a post because this month it's important, but next month it's irrelevant?
In summary, having the ability to remove gems would make me A LOT more willing to actually use this beautiful 'gem giving' feature in the first place.
Thoughts?
