Issue with Vimeo — "Invalid video link..."

I have 2 lessons in my course that need video links added and I get the following message when adding the Vimeo links — "Invalid video link. If this was a recent upload to Vimeo, or you recently changed your privacy settings, please wait 5 minutes and try again."

I waited a day and still no success.

The first 2 lessons in the course are working fine with Vimeo, and the Vimeo setting are the same for all videos. I need to resolve this — please advice. My students are waiting for these videos.
