Feature Request: Group Chat with more than 1 person

We have some clients who have a team and we would like to be able to communicate all in one place currently I have to message the owner and va's the same message separately.

Also... side thought... would be helpful or insightful to have a "message read" notification if they open up the chat and see the message like on facebook.

Are either of these on the roadmap?
