Chat CRM / Lead Management - NECESSARY

I think we can agree that a vast majority of us creating Skool groups are doing so as either a paid service or as a nurturing platform to then offer a paid service (or upgrade to a paid Skool membership).

With that said - we are all using the chats strategically for lead gen and to get calls booked.

Having a simple, built-in CRM or tagging feature would be brilliant for this platform.

It could be as simple as being able to tag prospects with custom tags.

For example, I'd like to mark folks to follow-up with, mark if they've booked a call, if we've shared a booking link with them already, etc.
