Adding images and formatting text in lessons

I might be missing something..

But is it possible to add images (like a tutorial with step by step screenshots) and format text (bolding, underlining, linking, font size, etc) to the lesson text?

Some of my lessons have screenshots showing how to set things up and different "sections" of text where I bold the headline or something.
