Just finished listening to Tech and Ai. Seems overwhelming yet essential. Like anything just have to take that first step but with guidance specific to my business. Great intro discussion. Next step would arm to be to check out press purpose.Ai One concern I have had in the service business would be to loose that personal touch. As a consumer I prefer and appreciate human contact as so often my questions don’t suit Ai trained responses. I am glad Tom spoke to this a bit and figure it can be done if done correctly.

Communication
Just listened to the communication short. Such an important yet overlooked subject of which I have feel pretty confident in my abilities in person. However, I have struggled in this day and age with my online presence. Getting started at all let alone making sure everything works together. Spending a lot of money with a company to help with this but figure i need to be more personal with my messaging. So my issue may be taking the time, spending more money, even procrastination. Funny thing is I feel I would have plenty to say in that forum just haven’t gotten into a groove to start sharing.

An idea for accountability
I lack the made up mind, and am looking for a way to motivate me from the exterior. I know of people who've started YouTube channels and the like that they post daily updates of 'today's to-do' and ask their viewers to hold them accountable to that. Could we do something similar on the playbook forum, in a fourth 'posting catagory' to allow for people to post their daily update on doing quiet time, talking to that customer, asking that person for forgivness, or setting goals?

I just finished 'start here' and mindset success one. I listened to some of the stuff in success 1 a couple times and really enjoyed it. My question is, and I understand it's a new platform, but am I doing something wrong for the 'you did it!' Check boxes to not be checked off? Attn. Jake
