The Best Way To Solve A Problem Is To Never Have It!
So important to Plan, Test, Execute, Review - Repeat! In fact, never stop ----- A very common mistake that happens as our business begins to grow is many people will get so "busy" that they stop doing the little things that created the momentum in the first place. This will definitely create problems as time passes. --- The simple formula of plan, test, execute, review, repeat tends to avoid missing the details which allows for the momentum to surge forward.

Hump Day Hurdles
The company I work for recently made us all come back to the office full-time after being hybrid for awhile. I don’t dislike my job, but I strongly dislike losing my “freedom” on the days I worked from home. I now find myself spending too much mental energy on how to do the things that fuel me on a different schedule instead of actually doing the things. What fuels me is meeting new people, getting to know them, and learning how I can be a resource to them. What advice or help do we have to get out of this rut?

I would encourage you to develop a way to actually "cluster book" your time into topic specific time frames. Organizing your time when it allows you to tackle similar tasks at the same grouped time together while separating other tasks throughout other grouping times throughout your day - should allow for you to be more effective and allow some freedom for the more fulfilling factors within your work. --- You can find episodes through the CSP library that provide more specifics on "cluster booking" or other members can also chime in.
Let's Welcome Our Newest CSP Member
Help me, Welcome our newest member @Adri Bacon to the CSP Family - Looking forward to hearing all the great reports as the principles within the CSP begin to impact her life as they have for so many before her. -- Thank You to Dr Zach Dunbar for remembering that success rarely revolves around ourselves but rather in making a difference with "ONE MORE"
