Story boarding / or even just writing things out is very powerful for me to get things out of my head to organize and focus. There is also something about putting pen to paper that helps sort and calm the spirit. Loved the new content!

One little detail I seem to have missed in the past that helped me tremendously in my quiet time this morning, that I picked up on by listening to this yesterday. What I will call a brain dump - get all the tasks of the day written down at the beginning of quiet time to free up that mental space. It simply makes sense.
