Thankful, Grateful, and Blessed

I wanted to take this opportunity to express my most sincere thanks and appreciation to my entire CRE family, and specifically

. As you all have seen, I attempt to create humorous posts while actually asking for serious help and these gentlemen volunteered and have been more than gracious with their time and expertise. It's (almost) hard to believe that in an environment where everyone is looking to create their own wealth, that there are people (this group) who do not hold back their time, their knowledge, and their advice in an effort to assist others. I have been in the group for exactly 63 days, and my head is exploding with all of the things I've learned and am now putting into practice, and I am definitely thankful, grateful, and blessed to be here, at this time, with my 'Family' on this journey. You have not only made this easier, but you have also made the learning fun. So, to
