Uncontrollable moving doing breathwork
Just did the afternoon reset for 13 minutes and after 5 minutes my body started to uncontrollably move. It was like I had a heartbeat in my lower belly that started beating, and then body started moving. It was a very calm, peaceful experience. It happened a few times before but why? 😅
